1. Open the electrical switch box cover, according to electrical control requirements to connect the cable-core cable to the corresponding terminal, and sealed the cable entrance, meanwhile fix the cable, in order to prevent damaging the cable wiring when affected by external forces.
2. When the valve is in the "full off" position, clockwise rotating the below off cam, is the cam just to touch micro-switch (you can hear the sound of carbazole clatter), and then tighten the screws on the cam.
3. When the valve is in the "fully open" position, the counter-clockwise rotating the up open cam, using the same methods aboved to adjust the open cam.
4. Adjusting the limit screws, when the valve is in the "full off" or "full open" position, it should not make the limit screw just be top of the worm gear limit plat, but should leave a certain gap, then tighten the lock nuts on the limit screw.
5. Covering the electrical switch box cover, when the valve is in the "full off" position, so that opening indicator pointer points to the dial "0" scale, and tighten screw to fix pointer.
